Jammu: The Jammu and Kashmir unit of Shiv Sena (UBT) has welcomed the administration's demolition drive against illegal Rohingya and Bangladeshi nationals residing in areas like Narwal and Burma Colony. However, the party emphasized that merely removing shanties is not a permanent solution to this major issue.
Addressing a press conference at the party's state office, State President Manish Sahni stated that the time has come to expel these foreign nationals beyond the country's borders. This issue is not just about illegal encroachment; it directly concerns India's internal security and the demographics of Jammu. The party has demanded that the administration properly and strictly verify the citizenship of all such suspects.
Expressing deep concern, Sahni questioned how these illegal immigrants managed to obtain sensitive government documents such as ration cards, voter IDs, and [Aadhaar Redacted]. The party has demanded a high-level, impartial, and time-bound investigation into this entire nexus, adding that strict legal action should be taken against any middlemen or officials found involved.
Shiv Sena (UBT) made it clear that their public struggle to protect Jammu's security and existence will continue until the last illegal infiltrator is driven out of the country.
