LG Manoj Sinha Offers Prayers at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine
Jammu, Jul 16: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Thursday paid obeisance at the revered Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Ji Shrine in Reasi district and offered prayers for the peace, prosperity and well-being of the people.
During his visit to the holy shrine, the Lieutenant Governor sought the blessings of Mata Vaishno Devi and prayed for good health, happiness and progress for all. He also prayed for continued peace, harmony and development in Jammu and Kashmir.
The pilgrimage to the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine is one of the country’s most significant religious journeys, drawing millions of devotees every year. The shrine continues to witness a steady flow of pilgrims from across India and abroad.
The Lieutenant Governor’s visit comes amid the ongoing festive and pilgrimage season, with authorities ensuring smooth arrangements and facilities for devotees visiting the shrine.
LG Sinha has consistently emphasised the importance of improving pilgrim amenities, strengthening infrastructure and ensuring seamless management at major religious destinations in Jammu and Kashmir.
