High Court Gives Additional Charge of J&K Special Tribunal, Srinagar to Jammu Judicial Member

Jammu, Jul 31: The High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh has assigned the additional charge of the J&K Special Tribunal, Srinagar to the Judicial Member of the J&K Special Tribunal, Jammu, following the retirement of the present incumbent. According to an order issued by the Registrar General, the Judicial Member of the Jammu Tribunal will hold the additional charge of the Srinagar Bench with effect from July 31 until further orders. The arrangement has been made in the interest of smooth administrative functioning as the current Judicial Member of the Srinagar Tribunal attained superannuation on Friday. The High Court said the temporary assignment will remain in force until a regular arrangement is made or further directions are issued.
