SRINAGAR, Aug 5: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Wednesday reiterated his party’s commitment to reversing the Centre’s decisions on Article 370, marking the seventh anniversary of the abrogation of the erstwhile state’s special status. In a post on X, Abdullah said the ruling National Conference has neither accepted nor reconciled with the changes introduced on August 5, 2019. He asserted that the National Conference remains committed to restoring the rights of the people of Jammu and Kashmir. “My party and I remain committed to reversing all that was done to J&K that took away our rights and threatens our identity,” Abdullah said.
