Fire and Fury Corps GOC Reviews Operational Readiness in Forward Areas of Ladakh

LEH/JAMMU, Aug 21: Lieutenant General Madanraj Pande, General Officer Commanding (GOC), Fire and Fury Corps, visited forward areas of Ladakh and reviewed the operational preparedness of formations deployed in the region, officials said on Friday.

During his visit to the Trishul Division on Thursday, Lt Gen Pande interacted with troops and assessed the induction of next-generation equipment and innovative indigenous solutions aimed at enhancing operational capability, mobility and sustainability.

The Army commander appreciated the formations for maintaining a high level of operational readiness and adopting innovative approaches to address challenges posed by the high-altitude terrain.

He exhorted all ranks to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, mission readiness and operational excellence.
