Army GOC Reviews Operational Readiness, Future Warfare Measures in Rajouri

Jammu, July 13: General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the White Knight Corps, Lieutenant General P. K. Mishra, visited the headquarters of the Ace of Spades Division and Counter-Insurgency Force (CIF) Romeo in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district on Monday to assess the prevailing security situation and operational preparedness. During the visit, Lt Gen Mishra reviewed the formations' operational capabilities and received detailed briefings on capability enhancement, surveillance systems, precision strike capabilities, and ongoing initiatives aimed at strengthening readiness for future warfare. The Corps Commander also interacted with troops deployed in the region and commended them for their professionalism, high morale, operational excellence, and unwavering vigilance in maintaining peace and stability. According to the Indian Army, the visit focused on evaluating operational preparedness and ensuring that formations remain equipped to meet evolving security challenges. The Army stated that Lt Gen Mishra appreciated the sustained commitment of all ranks toward maintaining a secure and stable environment in the region.
