WASHINGTON, Aug 22: US President Donald Trump has said Washington's shift towards an economic warfare strategy against Iran does not mean that military options have been taken off the table.
Asked whether the move to an economic strategy would limit US military options in the region, Trump told reporters, "No, not at all."
Trump had on Wednesday said Tehran failed to seize an opportunity to reach a deal with Washington, prompting the United States to launch what he described as a large-scale economic operation against Iran.
