New Delhi, Nov 2: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will meet the newly appointed leadership of NITI Aayog on November 5 to review the key issues and policy areas being handled by the organisation amid prevailing global uncertainties, a senior official said on Monday.
During the meeting, each member of NITI Aayog is expected to make a two-slide presentation highlighting their respective areas of work, key challenges and policy initiatives. The discussions will be aligned with the government’s vision of achieving a Viksit Bharat by 2047.
NITI Aayog Vice Chairman Ashok Lahiri, CEO Anurag Jain and members Rajiv Gauba, R. Balasubramaniam, Joram Aniya, K. V. Raju, M. Srinivas, Gobardhan Das and Abhay Karandikar are expected to attend the meeting.
Other senior officials of the policy think tank will also be present.
