NEW DELHI, SEPT 17: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released its tentative examination calendar for the period from December 2026 to March 2027, covering 14 competitive and entrance examinations.
According to an NTA official, the dates are tentative and may be changed due to administrative, academic, statutory, logistical or other unforeseen circumstances.
The first edition of JEE Main 2027 is proposed to be conducted on January 22-24 and January 28-30, with January 31 kept as a buffer date.
The UGC-NET is tentatively scheduled from December 14 to 19, while December 20 and 21 have been kept as buffer dates. The Joint CSIR-UGC-NET is proposed for December 20-21.
The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is scheduled for February 7, 2027.
Meanwhile, the Common University Entrance Test (CUET-PG) is proposed to be held from March 1-5, March 8, March 12-20 and March 24-25, with March 30-31 reserved as buffer dates.
Other examinations included in the tentative calendar are the National Initiative for Technical Teachers Training (NITTT) Part 1 and 2, Army Cadets College Examination, NIFT Entrance Examination, Rashtriya Indian Military College Examination, Rashtriya Military Schools Examination, SWAYAM Examination and All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination.
The NTA has advised candidates to treat the announced dates as tentative and regularly check official notifications for any changes to the examination schedule.
